She was an educator in her former life, and because of her background, she believes it is extremely important for her clients to be educated about the current market, procedures, and timelines BEFORE they start the process. She believes it is her job to educate and empower her clients so they can make the best decisions for themselves and their families. Tenchita has lived in the Austin area for over 30 years. She has seen Austin grow and change and knows a lot about many unique and interesting parts of Austin. With her husband, Humphrey, they raised three children in Dripping Springs. When not working, they enjoy cooking food from local farmers and ranchers and eating at many of the creative restaurants in Austin.
